Tell us your process

Your operation, drawn.

Before writing code we draw how your company works. On that drawing we write the system blueprint, you approve it, and only then do we build. You know what you will get before it exists.

  2. 02BlueprintWhat we will build
  3. 03SystemWhat we built, from the inside
Step 1

The map of your operation

You tell us how you work today and we draw it: every person, every tool and every step done by hand. It is the first thing you see, before any proposal.

What the map shows

  • Who takes part and what they do
  • Where work comes in
  • What is done by hand or repeated
  • Where time or information is lost
Example · fictional repair shop
  1. CustomerBooks on WhatsApp
  2. Front deskWrites it in a notebookLost bookings
  3. TechnicianGets the order by chat
  4. CashierWrites the invoice by handData copied twice
Step 2

Your system blueprint

An architect does not build without a blueprint. We do not code without this document either: it says what the system does, for whom and how it connects. In the trade it is called an SRS (software requirements specification).

  • You know what you getThe scope is written down before development starts.
  • You approve itWe review it with you and it is the agreement between both sides.
  • It is yoursIf you change providers tomorrow, the blueprint goes with you.
  • Delivered against itAt the end we check the system point by point against the blueprint.

1Goal

Only need the blueprint?

  • Consulting and blueprintOnly the discovery and the system blueprint, even if another team does the build.
Step 3

The system, from the inside

We build in stages. Each version is checked against the blueprint, requirement by requirement, and your team tries it before we move on. Nothing shows up at the end by surprise.

What we won't promise you.

This market is full of promises. We would rather tell you how building a system really works.

  1. A ready-made system that fits any business.

What we do: We start from what your company needs to grow. If something won't help you scale, we won't sell it to you.

  2. An AI system ready in 30 days.

What we do: We give you a timeline once the blueprint is written. Before that, any date is a made-up number.

  3. AI does everything on its own.

What we do: AI solves specific parts of a process we already understand. Process first, tool second.

  4. Guaranteed results from day one.

What we do: Every requirement in the blueprint is reviewed and tested with your team before we move on. We build on what works.

  5. Numbers nobody can check.

What we do: We show real systems from the inside, with example data and labeled as such.

We know how a system works because we build it, test it with you and support it in operation.
